These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cleanium — Easy Device Cleaner (the "App"), provided by Zakhar Kozubovskyi ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Cleanium on any Apple device that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App, except as permitted by applicable law.
Certain features of Cleanium may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases, billed through your Apple ID account. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple to charge your chosen payment method.
You agree to use Cleanium only for its intended purpose of managing storage on your own device. You agree not to:
Photos, videos, and other files you manage through Cleanium remain your own content at all times. We do not claim any ownership over your media. Features such as Smart Clean, the Video Compressor, and Secret Space operate on your content locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for the content you store on or manage through your device.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any compression or cleanup action will produce a specific result on every device or file type.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App. We recommend keeping independent backups of any photos or videos that are important to you before performing cleanup or compression actions.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete it from your device at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the app publisher operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
